• Q. Do you offer service in all 48 States
• A. Not yet. We only serve Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Fl. We have access numbers in 48 cities 9 States. This is a convenience for our traveling customers who can dial a local access number while traveling without incurring a long distance charge. Here's our local access number list for your reference.
• Q. Do you provide dialer Software?
• A..Yes, we do. You may follow this link to download it.
• Q. Do you provide Browser Software?
• A. Yes, we do. Our browser of Choice is Netscape Navigator, but you can use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera's, Netcaptor , NCSA Mosaic, or any other browser of your choice. You may Contact us  or e-mail for details or if you have any problems

• Q. How Do I change the password for my e-mail account?

• Q. Can I access my e-mail account from anywhere in the world?
• A. Yes, you can,  as long as you have a properly configured e-mail client accesing your POP-3 account. We do not limit the domain names from which you can access your mail, unlike other providers. You can connect to any other dialup provider and access your account in our mailserver.
• Q. What is your e-mail client of choice?
• A. Netscape Messenger. (Comes with Netscape Navigator)
• Q.Can I use any other e-mail client?
• A. You may certainly do so. There are several excellent e-mail clients available. A few names for your reference; (Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express), Pegasus Mail by David Harris (A fantastic program!), Qualcomm's Eudora mail
